The backbone of the ASN — builds the Shipment > Order > Pack > Item tree.

| HL01 | Hierarchical ID | This level's number. |
| HL02 | Parent ID | The level this one nests under. |
| HL03 | Level Code | S=shipment, O=order, P=pack, I=item. |
