Instruction to a 3PL/warehouse to ship goods out.

The 940 tells a third-party warehouse to pick, pack, and ship an order: what, how much, to whom, by when, and how. It's the depositor's shipping instruction in a 3PL relationship; the warehouse confirms back with a 945.
